It is important that Network for Youth builds a strong relationship with the communities we serve. With community support, Network for Youth can assist members more efficiently with finding affordable housing, suitable employment and the educational tools required to build their careers. Because we are a non-profit organization we also ask that the community supports our mission with donations of in-kind, monetary and at times the physical tools necessary for transitioning youth to achieve the educational and career goals they seek.

Network for Youth is focused on supporting young adults transitioning out of the foster care system. Each year approximately 20,000 young adults at the age of 18 transition out of the foster care system, many coming from broken homes and lacking the support needed to become responsible and successful adults in their community. N.F.Y. (Network for Youth) assists these young adults by providing consistent supportive adult relationships. In these relationships associates (adult volunteers) guide the young adult members how to enter the working world with educational, career and daily living skills the members may not have acquired while in the foster care system.
